任何参赛运动员推撞或阻挡其他运动员,从而妨碍其前进时,将会被取消参加该项比赛的资格。裁判有权命令除被取消资格外的运动员重赛。如此类事件发生于预赛中,允许由于被阻挡而受到严重影响的运动员参加下一赛次的比赛(被取消资格的运动员除外)。通常,该名运动员应认真地完成该项比赛。
