Ghana Prepares for a Smooth Change of Power

Ghana: Representatives of the current and next governments have begun discussions to prepare for a smooth(1) change in power Sunday. Opposition leader John Kofuor will replace President Jerry Rollins. Mr. Kofuor and his team began talks Monday with Vice-president John Attenmuse.
